Indication:
For the treatment of gastrointestinal, respiratory, urogenital, ear and wound infections, pyoderma, prostatitis, arthritis, osteomyelitis in dogs and cats; of colibacteriosis, salmonellosis, mycoplasmosis, staphylocosis, pasterologists, psittacoses and other bacterial infections in songbirds, exotic birds, hunting birds, ornamental pigeons, rodents (ornamental rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs) and other non-consumable animals.
the supplement contains Enrofloxaci** currently approved by the FDA for the treatment of individual pets and domestic animals in the United States.
It has a broad spectrum of antimicrobial action against Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria and microplasmas. It is bactericidal at very low concentrations by inhibiting the activity of bacterial DNA – Gyrase (subunit A of topoisomerase II). Enrofloxaci*** resistance builds up slowly and is chromosomal – not plasmid – mediated. It has a prolonged postantibiotic effect. It is absorbed rapidly and highly by the digestive canal and distributed to all organs, tissues and fluids of the body. It is poorly metabolized and excreted mainly by urine and bile secretion. There is no cross-resistance with chemotherapeutics from other chemical groups. It has no cumulative properties.
Contraindications
Do not use in pregnant and lactating dogs and cats, as well as young growing dogs under eight (8) months for small breeds, less than twelve (12) months for medium and under eighteen (18) months for large breeds of dogs; not to give quails whose eggs are human consumption.
Adverse reactions
Skin rashes, chromosomal disorders (lifting, vomiting, diarrhea), nervous manifestations (somnolence, anxiety) are rarely observed. The most serious complication can erode all arthropathies in growing animals.
Overdose
The drug is very well tolerated. Repeated overdose may cause diarrhea due to dysbiosis in the digestive tract. In such cases, further administration of Enrofloxi*** tablets is discontinued. There are no special antidotes.

Special precautions for use in animals:
Not required.
This product administered orally and individually to each animal at the following doses:
– For dogs and cats – 5 mg / kg.m. once daily or 2.5 mg / kg.m. twice daily for 3-5 days (15 mg tablets are for small dogs and cats);
– for pigeons – 4,5 – 15 mg / kg.m., 1-2 times a day for 5-7 days (higher doses and prolonged use are for salmonellosis and severe respiratory infections); for non-human consumption of game birds (partridges, quails, quails, pheasants)
– 10 mg / kg.m for 5 days; exotic birds
(parrots, canaries, eagles, etc.) – 10 mg / kg.m each. 5 – 10 days;
– for rodents (decorative rabbits guinea pigs, hamsters, rats, mice) – 5 mg / kg.m each. twice daily for 5-7 days.
Withdrawal period:
No withdrawal period.
