This is a very small black subdued American flag reflective decal/sticker Please note that the black is not reflective.

flag is printed with non-reflective black on reflective vinyl. The
color black does not reflect, but the stars and bars will reflect a
silver or white color when light is shined on it in the dark.

is designed to be used primarily as a Helmet
